This app is the result of a research that shows the results of an investigation process leading to the design and application of twelve (12) sequential didactic activities, organized in three modules in a hybrid educative application, thought as instruments to improve the argumentative writing and oral competence in the International English Exam IELTS General by Olga Andrea Pedroza Rojas, to obtain the advanced degree about the Master in E-learning offered by "Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga" and "Universidad Oberta de Catalunya".
